Pangea Software, the company that brought us Bugdom, developed and published Nanosaur in 1998. In Nanosaur, dinosaurs have been reproduced by scientists. Shortly afterwards, the human race died out from a plague of some sort. You play as a dinosaur sent sixty-five million years back in time to collect dinosaur eggs before the asteroid hits Earth, wiping out all the dinosaurs.

• DL #1: Includes v1.0, v1.0.6 & v1.1.6, for those who would like to try the original. Plays reasonably well on a 603e or better CPU.
• DL #2: Nanosaur v1.3.4 shareware version.
• DL #3: Nanosaur Extreme v1.3.4 - like the above only more difficult.
• DL #4: Source code for Nanosaur.
• DL #5: Update to Nanosaur. Mount update in Mac OS X. Remove update from dmg. Then take update to Mac OS 9.

The only thing is you have to quit and reload the game after each level as the graphics and textures really mess up after showing you the score screen.
But as long as you save after each level it works fine.

I am experiencing the same issues as hugobgbg (lines across screen after a level). Because I have a computer with ta touch screen, I am able to work around the issue behind saving by memorizing the positions of 'okay' in the save menu (same as load menu). Also it seems that the issue does not always occur, just very frequently.

I used to play this game almost all the time on a Mac Computer...anyone remember those?? THE GAME IS GREAT, but it scared my little sister alot when the ants came for the bug.

I played the first level as normal. Then on the between level screen the graphics breaks and remains broken for the next level. The game is playable, but looks very ugly. Also saving is impossible. Thanks for the upload and please help
